On the third day, I came back late and had no room, so I found a B&B called (Hao Fang Zhi) at the back. I found 3 bedbugs on the bed, which scared me to death! I quickly asked the customer service to change the hotel. Ctrip's customer service was still very good and the problem was solved quickly. I hope the customer service will directly lower the rating of such a hotel. The one with the bedbugs was from another B&B! I support good B&Bs like Yunxiu and boycott bad B&Bs like (Good Room Only). I can’t comment on the ones I’ve booked. Ctrip didn’t do this well! ! !
