Yunxiu inn is situated in this nice quite neighborhood 10 minutes or so away from Zhangjiajie mountain, ideal for early hikers. The manager was very sweet and helpful, she helped get a driver early in the morning, gave us a detailed map of the mountain and when our flight got delayed she opened a room for us to shower and rest for free.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

老闆很好 每次出門回去都打招呼，而且我們和朋友三個人去，結果老闆聽説，給我們放了3個枕頭，也給我了我們森林公園的地圖和講解，在南門也是包接送。不錯，給這趟旅遊做了一個好的開頭，謝謝老闆，祝老闆生意興隆

本想抱着試試的態度先住一晚，在進入房間的一刻，就改變了想法，環境衞生都很好，在這玩的幾天全住這裏。老闆夫妻服務也很好，整個旅遊攻略都給我們準備好了，飯菜好吃衞生還不貴，特別滿意，車子接送。五星服務親民價位，再來張家界還住你家！

川子返程路過，住宿比較偏，不太好找，樓下有幾個停車位，停車還是可以的。
房間很小，衞生也不是很好，相對來説比較簡陋。

作為民宿，個人覺得這個是很好的了，老闆娘熱情好客，提出來的2天遊覽線路基本都玩到了，老闆炒的菜味道相當不錯，價錢合理，我點的是辣椒炒肉，西紅柿炒雞蛋，火腿腸炒青瓜，小朋友很喜歡，量也很足，還可以自己洗車，房間衞生搞的好，雖然硬件設施不是那麼好，基本夠了一家人出遊的基本要求，乾淨衞生，安全。
第三天由於回來晚了，沒房了，找了後面的一個叫（好房祇）的民宿，床上發現3個臭蟲，嚇死我了！趕緊要求客服換了民宿，攜程客服還是很好，很快就處理好了這個問題，希望客服把這樣的店，直接降評分。
臭蟲的是另外一個民宿的！支持雲秀這樣的好民宿，抵制（好房祇）這樣的差民宿，我預訂過的不能去評價，攜程這個搞的不好！！！

第一次到張家界，在網上看見這個民宿客棧，直接訂好就來了，房間非常乾淨整潔，農家小院，環境非常好，空氣清新，早上在陽台上看山景相當秀美，有鳥叫，蟲鳴，老闆非常熱情，周到。詳細講解旅遊景點路線，讓我們少走很多冤枉路，掌櫃的飯菜做的非常好，口味很好，價錢公道，真是一次愉快的旅行！！！
