Location is great, about 15-20 mins walk to Zhangjiajie National Park East Gate. Staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our 5-day stay, and they were able to get discounted rates for attractions on top of advising where to visit, which routes to take (the National Park is very big), and how to get there. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we do visit Zhangjiajie in the future!

除了服務好。其實住的挺糟心的。 幫我升級了個房間，然後剛坐下結果蜘蛛跳一衹下來（不想説了）冰箱會漏水很滑。設計的那個小沙發配套牀頭櫃真心不錯。

位置不錯、離森林公園東門比較近、步行可到達、周邊吃喝都比較方便。前台陳聽小姐姐服務也很好、退房時還送了我們小禮物和水、非常貼心。酒店也可以訂票哦、而且有優惠。

説説為啥給差評
1、新酒店到了電梯間位置明顯能味道裝修的味道，跟我們一同上電梯的的另一家的叔叔也説味道挺重。進到樓層客房走廊味道就更重了。屋裡也一樣，帶孩子的一定注意⚠️
2、新酒店衞生情況咋樣看下面圖片，趕上十一出行，就沒想着會有多餘的房間換房，
3、樓上就是個超市，不知道是超市每天上貨還是旁邊飯店上貨，住了兩晚每天凌晨四點左右大貨車卸貨，有幾個男的連説話帶咳嗽還嗷嗷打電話，説的方言咱們是沒聽懂説啥就是匡匡卸貨匡匡關車門得持續小一個小時，睡眠質量一般的甚選，等他們走了你也睡不着了；
4、訂酒店的時候也是看了評論覺得什麼各種管家這個好那個好的，實話我去是一個管家沒看到，咱們也是亞朵的高級會員了跟後兩天市內希爾頓的服務那是沒法比。
總之第一次給差評，希望酒店在衞生服務方面有所提升，別靠找人刷好評，要真的找找新開業酒店的問題。

位置絕佳，步行到景區門口超方便。服務細緻入微，房間乾淨温馨，特別是淋浴和床，給疲憊的旅途最好的安慰。酒店的早餐也很豐富，開啟元氣一天！遇到行程管家阿華是我們的幸運！知識豐富，路線安排合理，全程無購物純玩，非常省心。她對景區特別熟，帶我們走了很多不為人知卻風景絕美的小路，體驗感爆棚！
