Very satisfied! The receptionist was very nice and friendly, with excellent service and a friendly smile. The hotel's location is also great, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby, and the cable car not far away. Parking is conveniently located downstairs. This Hanting Hotel seems to have brand new decor and facilities. The room was very clean and tidy, just my style. The bedding and amenities were all new and comfortable. Even the TV was meticulously installed and easy to use, unlike some hotels with two remote controls. The only thing that could be improved is that the towels are a bit linted, perhaps because they are too new. Overall, highly recommended!
