Beautiful hotel, it is brand new and very clean, they are so kind and a big thing is they speak english. The position is perfect to visit the avatar mountains park and the there are many restaurants near. They also gave us a gift when we left 🩷😍☺️Loved the continental breakfast! Lovely!!

The hotel is near to the East gate entrance, which is very convenient. The service is good, with snacks, fruits and souvenir provided to their guests. However, the hotel entrance is not easy to find. If you take Didi or taxi, should let the driver know to drop off at the underground carpark near the lift which can go directly to the hotel lobby. Otherwise, the GPS to guide to a side street and nee dto climb up staircases. The bathtub in our room is huge but unfortunately the water is not hot so we can really enjoy the private onsen. Breakfast is included and it's ok. Room is same as photo.

Location is good , near east gate of the wulingyuan. Staff are friendly .
However, it’s the worst hotel in the world I have ever stay in the past 30 years.
1: outside very noisy/dusty as the next door is under renovation.
2: taxi driver can’t find the entrance as there is no clear indication/ sign board at road side.
3: Breakfast is terrible terrible terrible!!! No proper coffee tea provided, the food looks like left over from last day. The boiled egg not fresh.
4: Day time no hot water supply, can not take shower if come back early. .
5: The room can be smelly as the drainage is very smelly when outside is raining.
My suggestion for tourists is “ please choose branded hotels” , at least they maintain certain standard .

Perfectly located just steps from the East Gate, this hotel stands out for its incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Our first room had some noise and AC issues, but the team reacted instantly and moved us to a perfect one. Stylish rooms, comfy beds, and outstanding service made our stay a real pleasure.

The room was great, the service was great, it was very close to the Wulingyuan landmark gate, the breakfast was delicious 😋 The laundry room was great, and there was a huge hair dryer, which was really good, no complaints at all

An impressive hotel. Great value for money. They treat you wonderfully. They make your life easier, even though we were very demanding. The room is the best we've had in China. And also, their small relaxation pool. If I had to give a negative, which they'll surely fix, it's that there wasn't a suitable outlet for the toaster and they'll offer more variety for European visitors. I was delighted. Right next to the East Gate Forest Park. They answer everything via WeChat and are very attentive. As a nice touch, we arrived very early on Tuesday and they gave us free breakfast.
