We were upgraded to a bigger room for our stay. The service was excellent. Upon booking the room, I was being contacted to assist with the purchase of attractions ticket. They were friendly and helped to plan my trip in Zhangjiajie. The room was clean and big. We had a comfortable stay here and it’s near to the attraction entrance.

Lovely stay. The entrance looked a little beat up, but the rooms are nice - lots of space, comfortable beds, and quiet. Easy 5 minute walk to the main park entrance (east gate). Lotus Cuisine across the street was good for a quick, cheap meal and Alipay ordering. We appreciated the parting gift also (mei cha herbal tea).

Great location, steps to East gate entrance. Friendly front desk who messaged as soon as we booked the accommodation to share location and assist not just with ticket bookings at extremely competitive pricing, but also planning the route daily. There were free fruit bowls in the afternoon and laundry facilities. Surprised to receive a farewell gift as well. However, room was not soundproof. Our room was near the Korean BBQ and there were people talking loudly till late night. The hotel was also next to a building that is under construction, which didn't give the best first impression when we arrive via taxi. Construction noises also started at 730am. Lift didn't seem to have any security to room levels.

From the outside, it looks like an old motel surrounded by construction works. But upon reaching the lobby, it looks new and cozy. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Equipped with 55-65 inch TV and hairdryer. But that's not the only thing about this hotel. Its only 3 mins walking distance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park East Entrance. Imagine my surprised how close the hotel is to the entrance. There's also Chagee, Starbucks, Luckin Coffee and KFC all around the area, within 1-2 minutes walk. There's convenience stores where you can buy hiking poles, hat and jackets. Overall, it was a good decision staying in this hotel.

Location is perfect. Nice Korean bbq restaurant next door. Breakfast is basic. No fruit provided upon checking in or souvenirs. Helpful front desk with ticket booking and itinerary planning.

Beautiful hotel, it is brand new and very clean, they are so kind and a big thing is they speak english. The position is perfect to visit the avatar mountains park and the there are many restaurants near. They also gave us a gift when we left 🩷😍☺️Loved the continental breakfast! Lovely!!

設施：房間大，乾淨，設施新衞生：每天都打掃整理環境：酒店在商圈裡，周圍很多商鋪關着門，但吃喝都還很方便，有星巴克、霸王茶姬，走路5分鐘就有夜市，有餐廳有小吃，路邊還有很多水果攤。酒店離森林公園東門走路3分鐘即到，相當方便。
