張家界天門山希爾頓花園酒店距機場僅2分鐘車程，對趕飛機的旅客而言，這份便捷堪稱全國離機場最近的酒店了。酒店在今年4月完成全新設計裝修，整體環境嶄新舒適，入住體驗感滿分。早餐時段能看到不少外國友人，餐品豐富度完全能滿足不同需求，現做雞蛋卷更是讓人眼前一亮。特別要感謝前台劉經理：提前主動與我們溝通，得知同行有孩子後，還貼心備好小童洗漱用品，細節處盡顯用心。酒店正對着天門山，早餐直接就能望見天門洞，自然風光與舒適住宿無縫銜接。此次國慶湘西8天7晚之旅，因張家界希爾頓的完美體驗畫上圓滿句號。下次來張家界深度遊，這裏必定是我的首選酒店，酒店也有泳池和健身房，配備齊全。Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain is just a 2-minute drive from the airport, which is incredibly convenient for travelers to catch a flight.Tianmen Cave is visible from within the hotel, and all staff members can speak English, making communication effortless.I was deeply touched by the hotel's excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of throughout my visit. The staff were attentive and warm, and I truly appreciated how supported I felt during my stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — genuinely the best I’ve had at any hotel in China. Every morning was a great start to the day thanks to the quality and variety of the food. I would also like to mention Selina. She is exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Her thoughtful assistance made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel !

酒店很新，靠近機場，面朝天門山，可以直接看到山羣，酒店服務很到位，會送你到天門山，離72奇樓也大概4-5公里的樣子；酒店員工都很友好，送了3天的早飯，也幫忙換面山的房間，整體體驗很好

The friendly staff service is at the top level! From the check in, all the staffs and the admin supervisor are so helpful and friendly! I would say the service is way above this price . The view of the room is super unique! I would like to stay here again when I next time come to Zhangjiajie. 刘忍主管，宋小姐前台和Lisa李让我这次入住都很难忘，让我感觉宾至如归！！！超级好的一次入住体验！谢谢！！

It’s in Wulingyuan area. Nearer to the attractions, Avatar mountain. Clean and new hotel. They upgraded us as we stayed 3 nights. Able to walk to the xibu street. Stroll about 10-15mins. Overall enjoyable stay and fantastic service staffs. Gym and laundry facilities provided too.
