Zhangjiajie Yuji Hotel

The hotel is very nice and clean. Close to the Avatar Mountain, Dragons cave, and Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. The staff are very helpful and friendly. 24 hrs laundry services. I put my laundry to wash, and they helped me dry it. From concierge to front desk, all staff are very good. I would come back again and stay at this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the pristine cleanliness and the refreshing, pleasant scent throughout the property—something that’s often lacking in older hotels where mustiness can be a common issue. The hotel features smart technology that makes everything so convenient, from keyless room entry to controlling the lighting and temperature with just a few taps on your phone. It's a perfect blend of modern comfort and innovation. The entire hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome and well cared for. One of the highlights for tea lovers is the traditional tea service, offered free of charge—such a lovely touch. The hotel also boasts a stunning rooftop garden, which quickly became one of our favorite spots. We enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings with a cup of tea and some light snacks, taking in the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful view. Overall, Yuji is a hidden gem with excellent service, cutting-edge technology, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Overall a fine experience, but for some reason the bugs just kept on coming. Each morning after waking up, there were dead bugs everywhere. Especially in the bath, quite gross.

Great location, good breakfast nice clean room. Staff is great. During the last day the guest beside my room was smoking in the room early morning and was not nice at all. Inside all the rooms should have strictly no smoking signs to remind those guest not to smoke.

Was amazing! We loved the kindness of the staff and the immense amount of services they gave us for free.

The hotel is very clean and it has smart rooms. The location is great being just 15-20 minutes on foot from the east gate. The staff is very friendly and helped us book the tickets for Forest Park and Tianmen. They also have a great rooftop garden.
