Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

Brand new hotel. Exceptional service, delicious breakfast buffet with many choices and clean quiet rooms. Staff very helpful providing maps, they were also responsive to inquiries ahead of time. High end lighting-night lights very useful if using toilets at night!Tons of amenities, slippers, robes toothbrush etc. Reserved foot massages in the hotel spa, but prices were higher compared to establishment in Wulingyuan (understandably given convenience) and there was some upselling of the spa service upgrades. Overall getting foot massages in rooms was nice and relaxing if you don’t want to go out, but keep in mind the additional cost to getting in the town. Things to note-the hotel allows smoking in the rooms and we were upset to find our neighbor smoked. They lent us an extra quiet air purifier to help with it once we told them. Air conditioning in our room was not functioning so rooms got somewhat hot, we had to open door and windows to let mountain air cool. At night preferred to keep window closed because of some road noises so it could get very warm in night.

The location is perfect- 5 min drive to the national park’s east gate. The room was very clean . Breakfast was varied and ok. Front desk staff were helpful. More training is needed for some things such as clearing dishes at breakfast- not a big deal but it’s not “Hilton “ quality just yet. Overall, a good hotel.

Real good hotel! Great experience! Very cozy room! There's an induction phone charger in the room, which was great because I'd forgotten mine. The bathroom has a separate toilet and a great hairdryer! There's a pool! The breakfast is very good.

Wonderful hotel, brand new, perfectly curated and spot on service. The hotel itself is beautiful, spottless clean. The room was perfect and super comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows, the shower was perfect too. Also, there were complimentary water and fruit daily in our room. It is very well maintained and you can see the staff replacing and updating the lobby facilities, even if they looked brand new. The staff was very attentive, eager and solved anything quickly. Joanna and her team were always available and with good disposition towards our every needs. Thank you so much for our amazing stay. The staff was super attentive to details, for example they realized I showered twice daily, and the following day they directly put extra towels in my room. That was a super nice gesture. In addition there is a free laundy service, a member of staff is there to clean and pack your clothes free of charge. That was a plus specially in Zhangjiajie where you may need to clean your sports clothes after a day of hicking. Breakfast was good too, complete and with variety. I particularly loved the pool, where you could rest after a day walking and climbing. Would definetely choose the Hilton again when I go back. Was my second time in Zhanghiajie and would definetely come back to this hotel. Ps: loved the panda robot that delivers stuff to the rooms!

Excellent hotel, I guess the most superior available hotel in the area. Excellent Service. Englisch speaking personell gave great Support, even buying the entrance Tickets to the parks for us.

5 stars! Butler 海霞Susan (Hai Xia Susan) was exceptional — efficient, accommodating, patient, and thorough. The staff felt like friends, and our room was beautifully new and stylish. A perfect stay!
