⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience at Zhangjiajie Qishi Li Cave Homestay. The hotel contacted us days before arrival, arranged airport pickup, and even helped plan our visits to Tianmen Mountain, the Glass Bridge, and the National Forest Park. Our driver dropped us off to start sightseeing and brought our luggage to the hotel for us—such thoughtful service! When we checked in, we were surprised with a honeymoon room upgrade. Although we chose our original room for a cozier feel, the gesture was incredibly kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location is perfect—about a 10-minute walk to the National Forest entrance. The staff truly made our trip. They helped book all our tickets, gave clear directions, and even assisted with food delivery. Special thanks to Sunny for planning everything, and to the staff member who brought us grapes and oranges late at night when we were craving fruit 😂. We’re recommending this hotel to everyone. Amazing service, great location, and unforgettable hospitality!

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us — truly available 24/7 and always ready to help with a smile. Excellent hotel with excellent staff that treated us extremely well the entire time. The room was immaculate and had a great view of the mountains. The location and proximity to Zhangjiajie's entrance was very convenient. A five star hotel in every way, and I would recommend this to anyone.
