The staff at 湘緣民宿（張家界西站店）is very helpful. Before I checked in, he shared with me how to check in and how to reach 湘緣民宿. This place is close to the high speed railroad station and can be reach by walking. There are stores and resturants near by. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. We have a great stay and would highly recommend to others about 湘緣民宿（張家界西站店）.Thank you.

Clean room, friendly owner, the washing machine actually has a drying function, close to restaurants and convenient stores, close to the railway station. Highly recommended! 👍

房間位於新小區，靠近張家界西站。環境衞生十分整潔，真的是一點灰都摸不到。基礎設施也很完善，基本上什麼都有。尤其是服務非常好，會主動打電話指導和提醒相關事項。真的是一次很驚艷很難忘的住宿，值得好好寫幾句評論

在這裏住了三晚，與我對接的工作人員人真的超級好，超級負責，名宿地點在一個新建的小區裏，有門衞24小時值班，非常安全，而且就在小區門口的這一棟，非常好找，樓下就是超市和吃飯的飯店，很方便，距離高鐵站巨近，步行就幾步路。房間寬敞、乾淨，設備齊全，還給了一次性馬桶套！！！誰懂啊 真的很貼心，點贊！價格也超級實惠，贊贊贊！！！
