Old Lane Qisuo Homestay (Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station Branch)

This homestay is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway and a 10-minute drive from the city center. There are also many specialty restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The B&B owner is friendly, gentle, and kind, and was very considerate. Tickets for other scenic spots can be handled in one place, saving me the time of queuing. The B&B is warmly decorated, clean, and comfortable. I would choose this B&B again next time.

The hotel just close and walking distance to Tianmen Cableway station. Room is spacious and comfortable.

General: This lodging is very backpacker friendly and the owner has been very helpful with ordering tickets to major parks for us at a discount. Room we stayed at is spacious and clean and it's pretty quiet during the night. There's no elevator but the owner helped me with carrying the luggage. The washroom is a bit small but overall this place exceeds our expectation for this price range Convinience: If you need any help with ordering tickets for Tienmenshan (the mountain with a giant hole), zhangjiajie national park (the park with avatar mountain) or the Grand Canyon park (big glass bridge) you could always ask the owner and save the trouble of lining up and he could get tickets at a discount - the Zhangjiajie 3 trams and 1 elevator ride are not included in the entrance fee but the owner could get you tickets that includes the trams and elevator, but you need to let him know which day you are planning to go which route and when are you planning to enter the park since the park is now limiting visitors). The owner also helped us with route planning for the Zhangjiajie park since it's quite massive, which proved to be really helpful later on (suggestion: take the tram up but hike down to avoid crowds if you could, also check local long weekends beforehand to avoid crowds). Location:There's also plenty of food outside the lodging, and a supermarket in the nearby mall so you can pick up your food for the big hike, it is also really close to the Tienmenshan tram Lodging itself: the storefront is quite charming and the room we stayed in is clean and rather spacious, we were able to open 2 pieces of luggage with some space to spare, it is better than what we expected for this price range. They also have adorable cats at this lodging which is always a big plus!

This inn has a fantastic location with excellent price, just 3 minutes from the cable car entrance. The owner and his brother were incredibly helpful, resolving a ticket issue and upgrading us to a family room due to our accessibility needs. The area is also great, with many local eateries to try.
