Brand new hotel with modern electronic gadgets, super clean and friendly staff. We had a wonderful time staying in this Hotel. Therefore after visiting the mountains, we returned for one more night at this Hotel before flying out to Shanghai. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices both Chinese and western. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Breakfast so yummy, esp beef noodle soup, pastry, many choices from western to chinese. Good location, surrounded by minimarket, resto,fruitstore,. Easy access, esp to Tianmen Mountain Cable car station. Big and clean room. WYNDHAM Garden should be the best in Zhangjiajie town👍

Our stay was incredibly clean and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the hotel. As a mum, I especially appreciated the free laundry services. The facilities and amenities were new and of high quality, which impressed us. The staff were friendly and patient, assisting us as we navigated without a tour guide. It all worked out wonderfully! We had truly memorable days, and to top it off, there was a small outdoor tent setup serving delicious fried rice and grilled food. We had dinner there for consecutive nights – a must-try!

New hotel with good staff
We chose to stay at this hotel because it is a new hotel and very near to Tianmen Mountain CableWay station, just 10 minutes by walk. The front office staff, a young guy at day shift and the others at night shift (sorry we did not know your name), these 2 staff are very helpful. The male at the dayshift gives us directions on how to get to the station and the male at night shift helps us change rooms because the first room is smoke-smelt, we can not stand with that, to the other clean room. There is a lot of local food surrounding, also minimarket and shops. The room was spacious with a nice view of cable cars up and down from/to station. Although the hotel is at the busy street, but the soundproof quality is good. We can sleep tight without any disturbing noise. The breakfast menu is also well proper with variant cuisine.

Excellent stay. Big rooms, with good technology integration (smart toilet, smart curtains and lights), powerful shower. Breakfast is good, location only 8 mins walk to cable car and service was perfect (they ordered takeaway for us as we didn’t have a Chinese number and it was delivered by robot).

Hotel building is very astheticly beautiful.
The room is warmly beautiful with voice command.
Ameneties are great. The heater is perfect.
The location is very near to the Tianmen shan transportation center.
Breakfast is very GOOD. The spread is so various and head to head comparable to Hampton by Hilton.
I am so glad that I stayed to both hotels.
