The hotel room is clean spacious and comfortable. Location is great, with many good restaurants within short walking distance. staffs are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit. Will definitely stay in this hotel when visiting 武陵源.

This hotel is clean and has an excellent customer service. Mr Mao (管家毛） is very helpful and advises us on our travel itinerary in Zhangjiajie. All staff are professional and sincere in helping guests. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here and strongly recommend this hotel for your leisure travel in Zhangjiajie:

Pros :
Good location, about 1 km from Meili Xiangxi theatre. And 1 km to entrance to see Tianzishan in YuanjiaJie.
Surrounding good selection of restaurants and shops. Good quality food where the locals go to. Not the mania like the other side of town which is close to Tianmenshan cable car entrance.
Hotel is newly renovated and well maintained. Carpet is clean. Good breakfast spread.
Reception staff Ms. Lily was very helpful. Thank you for thoughtful gift of local tea.
Cons :
I wish the hotel provided shoe horn in the room to help put in shoes.
