The staff is very nice and Helpful. They offered some free transportation. The food for breakfast is very good (Eastern and local food). It is clean and large.

Near to the two major scenic points(zhangjiajie national forest park , Baofeng lack), staff are very friendly and helpful for complete trip planning. Breakfast is very good have multiple options.

Perfectly located
Overview
Excellent reception/ concierge service. Pagoda & all the streets, night lights, shops, Metro station are literally a few steps away. Super convenient especially for first timer.

We dropped the hotel our wechat prior to arrival and the Hotel was kind enough to contact us if we needed help with transportation to the Hotel. The location for the hotel is just beside the entrance to the lake (tickets required to visit the lake). It is also within 10 mins drive to the east gate for the main scenic area.
There are plenty of restaurants along the road and if you walk to the other end of the road, you could reach Xibu Street (google it for more info). There is a massage parlour by the Hotel for you to get a massage after a long hike. We arrange for a didi to bring us to the Canyon as well and this hotel is definitely nearer compared with staying in ZJJ city itself.
It is definitely a recommended hotel to stay.

This is in a great place if you’re here to enjoy the park for a couple of days.
Mikey is so incredibly helpful and speaks fluent English. The hotel provides pick up and drop off at the east gate which is really great.
Unfortunately we arrived to used tissues in our room around the sink and our while our room was serviced, the servicing was different each day. Sometimes we got our towels refreshed, another time we only got 1 towel. Our cups weren’t cleaned 1 day but were the next.
The western breakfast includes: toast with jam and butter as well as a selection of fruit.

This is a new boutique hotel named Utopia Hotel. The hotel has already contacted us 4 days before our check in date to confirm and ask if we need a pick-up. They provide one time free transfer from the city (pick up/drop off) and free transfers to/from the national forest.
All the staff, including the owner, were very helpful in purchasing parks tickets and suggesting the routes. They always try to ensure we get everything we need. The hotel has many foreigners, so no worries for communication.
The room itself is really nice. Beds are firm. Besides the master bed, there is a tatami bed. The mountain view from the room is amazing! It is a smart room (as in many other hotels in China). The air condition is operated by the Baidu AI assistant. But since it's in Chinese, you can just ask the remote from the front office.
They have 2 washer-dryer units, 2 washers, 1 dryer and 1 steam iron on the 6th floor. The detergent is also provided.
The location is almost at the end of Baofeng Road and at the quieter side. It's about 15-20 minutes walk to Xibu Road. We can easily find food and convenience outside the hotel. There's a massage place right beside the hotel.
