Great location to visit the zhangjiajie mountain and boafeng lake. Service is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is small but great anyways after a long day of walking. You can tell that the hotel is very new. Everything looks very good.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to all the key attractions like the Avatar mountains (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park) and Heaven’s Gate (Tianmen Mountain). Glass bridge and Grand Canyon, Bailong Elevator. The hotel staff went above and beyond, helping us plan our entire sightseeing itinerary. They even arranged hotel drivers to drop us off and pick us up from scenic spots – super convenient! The breakfast was great every morning – lots of variety and good quality. There’s also a fantastic Korean BBQ restaurant nearby that the whole family loved. There’s a lovely pool at the hotel, but we were so busy exploring that we didn’t get a chance to use it. Honestly, we wish we had stayed longer – it was that good! Highly recommend for families or anyone wanting a hassle-free, memorable Zhangjiajie experience.

I have never seen such dedication from hotel staff starting from reception desk to managers. They work diligently to make your stay as pleasant as possible offering prompt response to your query from food to transportation. The location is excellent with 1 min away from Baofing lake and 5 min from Zhanggaijie national forest park.The brakfast is excelkent, the rooms are imaculate clean and AI enabled! We will definetly come back.

Front desk staffs were very helpful, they assisted us to propose a perfect itinerary considering our length of stay and limitations. The room was clean and spacious with a cute AI controlled central system. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!

Very clean, easy to get to. Feeling of "homey", whereby hotel takes care of everything - booking tickets to attractions, sending to East Entrance of park (foc), arranging transport to other places. Laundry room on 6th floor. Nice small swimming pool to chill. Just next to Baofeng Lake attraction. A few convenience stores to stock up. Next door restaurant nice food. In conclusion- Quaint, small, cosy hotel that has friendly vibes.

It’s is what you expect from a hotel and how things should be done in hospitality. Helpful staff, some of the ladies with great level of English. The location is perfect, 2 min walk from Baofeng lake, and plenty of restaurants around.

This was one of the best hotels Ive been too the price is really good for the beautiful room and amazing services you get definitely worth every penny thankfully they had staff that speak english especially Mickey she was very helpful and she gave us a map of the zhangjiajie national park and explained to us what to do and where to go I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The hotel is about 50m from Baofeng lake, but we dont recomend to go to Baofeng at all. It was a waste of money. Therefore, I didnt appreciate the hotel location, either. The staff was nice, but we got bitten severely by some kind of ants in the room. We had to checkout immediately the next day. I carried the itchiness/allergy for almost a week Overall, I dont recommend the hotel. It is not centrally located. The pool was a joke and the room had bugs.
