The service attitude is poor. There is no phone in the room, and you can only contact the housekeeper via WeChat. I felt unwell in the middle of the night and needed more water, but no one replied. The next day, the housekeeper said that there was no front desk service after 10 o'clock. This is my first time to Zhangjiajie. Although the housekeeper helped me draft a guide, his guide was not practical. It did not take into account our travel time, lacked details, and used a vague picture graffiti explanation. Before coming, it said that it was to celebrate the anniversary, and there was no decoration at all. I couldn't find Didi to go back to the hotel at the south gate of the forest park, and asked the housekeeper to arrange a pick-up. I could pay, but he said that I couldn't go to the south gate, so I went back to the hotel by myself. Finally found a kind driver. Facilities - Very suitable hotel for online shooting. There are many points to take pictures. The room design concept is good, but not user-friendly. I live on the second floor. When I come out at night, the corridor is dark. There is no automatic login. I have to find the switch in the dark and use the phone to walk up the stairs. The breakfast is very ordinary. It feels like some leftovers and it tastes terrible. In a word, I'm discouraged.
