We had a great experience here. The room was clean, hotel lobby spacious, staff helpful, and breakfast good. We went to breakfast within 10 minutes after it opened, and it was really packed. A bit chaotic and difficult to find enough seating for our group of 3 to sit together.

Cute new structure, in a perfect position, room was very big clean tidy and modern, also the bathroom was spacious and super new. Breakfast with buffet was rich for both Chinese breakfast and continental.

We went to visit the National Forest Park and decided to stay at the Hello Hotel.
When we arrived there, they gave us complimentary ice cream which was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We could wash our clothes there for free as well.
The room was clean, looked like the photos, and it was amazing to stay there. Would definitely consider a Hello Hotel again in the future.
P.S.
On the other side of the street, there was some amazing street food that we enjoyed.

Probably the best hotel I stayed in during my visit to China. Extraordinary rooms, very attentive staff, very good breakfast, and there is coffee!!

Facilities: The lobby and room facilities are still very new and clean. It is comfortable at first sight. Hygiene: The room is very clean as a whole, but there is some residual smoke smell. I don't like the smell of smoke in the room, so I am very sensitive to it. I even feel some smell on my body after leaving the hotel. Service: The service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. She tries her best to meet any needs. There is a parking lot at the door. It is easy to park. Overall, I am satisfied.

This is definitely one of the most cost-effective hotels in Zhangjiajie. As a newly opened hotel, it has complete supporting facilities, good service, and enthusiastic staff. We encountered some minor problems when we checked in, but the staff solved them in time and made remedial measures very quickly. I give it a thumbs up. When we checked in, we could also see the cleaning lady working hard and mopping the floor carefully. I thank the aunt for her efforts and felt that the room was very clean. The only drawback is that because the ecological environment in Zhangjiajie is too good, it is inevitable that there will be some mosquitoes, so the store may need to work hard on the subsequent mosquito extermination work. All in all, it is one of the hotels worth staying in.
