Great service from host, pick us up from HAR station for free with nice merz 7seater car, room was perfectly arranged with new renovation only downside was the bathroom floor gets soaked with water because the drainage towards the drainpipe hole likely did not have enough slope towards it , will definitely re visit again

It was an amazing Hotel, very friendly staff. They helped me with every request and responded very quickly. They took a lot of time to explain me the possible visits and gave great tips.

Excellent , very helpful staff. They even gave me a map and numbered all the sites I should see. They were very accommodating even borrowed me a charger , they even used a translator App to try to communicate with me in English. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you want to be closer to Tianmen mountain.

Simply perfect. The hotel is awesome. The room is new and the facilities are super complete. It's is located 5 min walking from the cable car station. The staff is super kind. They offer really good tips to visit the mountain. The breakfast is home made and super tasty. In conclusion, I will highly recommend to stay in this hotel to anyone who wants to explore the city and the mountain.

I went with my friends and honestly I really enjoyed the experience. The hotel was amazing. We felt comfortable from the beginning, the rooms were clean and the breakfast really good (specially the rice).
They helped us a lot helping us booking the activities and were also really kind all the time.
We all agreed to come here again if we come back to China.
It was a pleasure, they deserve more recognition.

Value for money!! The owner was extremely gracious and generous with their service. Picked and dropped us off. Personally took us part of the way to the Tianmen shan cable car station (10min walk from the hotel) and found us when we were lost in the city. Provided lots of information and travel tips for our itinerary and were easily accessible on WeChat throughout our stay. Helped us book our tickets for very honest and reasonable prices. Should be noted that the buffet breakfast was catered for early risers and the hotel building is old but there are partial renovations. Overall, highly recommend for an extremely affordable stay with very personalised and attentive service.
