Zhangjiajie Junlan Hotel (Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station)

Nice hotel in a excellent location. Big room and comfy beds. Very kind staff and proactively helping you plan your stay in and around Zhangjiajie.

We originally try to find a hotel close by to the cable car to Tianmen. But we chose Junlan hotel instead. about 600m by foot to the cable car. It was agreat choice. Run by a family, the owner, Lisa went up and beyond to help us. She suggested some ideas to explore The national forest and Tianmen Mountain. Even explain it step by step the route we needed to take by map. We went everywhere with bus and she walked us to the bus station and keep checking on us with wechat. Lisa also helped us book the tickets for the Forest Park and Tianmen mountain and it was a great rate. She organized the transport too to the station for our last day. We definitely recommend this hotel. Food is nearby, also run by another families. We don’t eat pork and yet they will try to fulfill our needs. Room is quite big for us. Clean, the toilet was also great. They have an upright piano too which I used it for practice a bit (I’m a pianist). Will come back next time.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed among all the others I have stayed in during my travels in China. Firstly, the location is amazing and extremely near to the Tianmen Mountain cableway station as well as the bus station to Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The cleanliness of the hotel is extremely good, and my stay here was extremely pleasant. The service here is really top-notch; the hotel owners warmly welcomed us and enthusiastically offered me detailed help and guidance on all the attractions I would be visiting. I really appreciated the owners' hospitality and warmth, which made my stay here even more satisfactory. The facilities in the hotel were also brand new, such as washing machines and dryers. Beyond the room itself, there were also other places in the hotel, such as their lobby and rooftop, to chill and enjoy mesmerising views of Tianmen Mountain. Overall, I had a really amazing stay and this is definitely the hotel I would choose again when I am back in Zhangjiajie. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Zhangjiajie.

The owner of this hotel was kind and very helpful. The room was cleaned and very recommended. The location is great, and the walk a few minutes to the cable car Tianmen Mountain. The owner also helps us take to the muslim restaurant nearby. Didi from Zhangjiajie station is about 15 mnt 19y.

For a 4 night stay, I was satisfied. There were some foreigners who stated too and I was not surprised because the family who iwns the hotel were so accommodating and very patient to do translation to have a conversation. From service, room, location, simple breakfast but food for the room rate. O would say all is okay. I booked this hotel due to the good reviews I saw online and they were true.
