Zhangjiajie Tingtang Hotel (Wulingyuan Sign Store, National Forest Park)

We visited Zhangjiajie for 4 days and stayed for 3 nights. We stayed in 2 hotels in total. This one is the favorite one for our family. We strongly recommend it to everyone. It is not a promotion, but it is really good in all aspects, which makes our trip very comfortable. Facilities: Complete facilities. Electric curtains, smart toilets, toilet mats, refreshments, children's toothbrushes and slippers, breakfast, washing machines, and dryers are all available👍 Dry and wet separation, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and they will not disturb each other👍 The room is also equipped with laundry detergent and hand soap, and the toilet also has a disposable toilet mat👍 The area is large, and there is still a lot of space after spreading out the suitcase, which is not cramped at all👍 The refreshments are delicious, the oranges are juicy and sweet, and the children also like the biscuits👍 The breakfast is rich in variety, with a lot of rice noodles and plenty of shredded pork👍 Although the restaurant does not have many seats, the meals are collected quickly, and there is no need to wait for breakfast👍 It just feels that the water pressure for taking a shower is not particularly high, and the water temperature is a little unstable. I hope it can be improved. It was still very quiet on the first night. On the second night, I don't know if it was because everyone had a holiday on Friday or what, but I didn't know who was singing when I went to bed at night. It was like the sound coming from a KTV. It was not very loud, but because the environment was still very quiet, I could still hear it clearly. Later, because I was too tired from climbing the mountain, I fell asleep🤣 Sanitation: The sanitation is very clean. Whether it is the room or the public area, it makes people feel very comfortable. Environment: The hotel is located near the East Gate (Sign Gate) of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. It takes more than ten minutes to walk. There are many restaurants on the way. It is very convenient to find a crowded restaurant to have dinner on the way back from playing. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are complete, including pharmacies, foot bath shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Service: The service is awesome👍. When we just arrived at the hotel entrance by taxi and had not crossed the road to enter the door, the brother and sister at the front desk saw us and came to help us with our luggage. Check-in was also very fast. After checking in, the brother will take us to the room and introduce the facilities and services of the entire hotel to us while walking. The young man also brought us their forest park tourist map and explained in detail the travel strategy to avoid large groups of tour groups. When the front desk guy asked about the nearby facilities, the young man not only told us, but also came out to show us the way When I asked them questions, they were very patient. I have to say that the front desk guy spoke very gently When we had breakfast in the morning, the service sister would greet us and ask if we had breakfast and if we needed a bowl of rice noodles or noodles. In their own words, they must let you eat well and be full, just like going home👍

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a 2-minute walk from the bus station and a 15-minute walk from the landmark gate. The hotel facilities are very new, clean and sanitary. Although it is close to the road, the sound insulation is very good and it is not noisy at all. The lady at the front desk of the hotel is also very enthusiastic and helped me solve different problems. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is delicious, especially the rice noodles, which are definitely not inferior to those sold outside. There are also fried dough sticks, bread, fried rice, shaomai, steamed buns, boiled eggs, and fried eggs. For drinks, you can choose fermented glutinous rice, purple rice porridge, milk, and pork ribs. Carrot soup. Overall, the service, hygiene, location, and food are all full marks. It was a very good experience!

The location is good, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the forest park. The front desk lady will enthusiastically introduce where to eat and play, and the breakfast is also very rich. The Hunan rice noodles for breakfast are especially delicious! Next time, I will introduce friends to stay here!
