Weimei Fashion Inn (Zhangjiajie Station Tianmenshan Cableway)

We did not originally notice, but once settled we saw little hairs and finger nail clippings on the floor around our room. Air conditioner leaked all over the floor and ruined my bag because it was under it. There was some water already on the floor under air conditioner when we first checked in, but it was not on, so we assumed the water was probably from housekeeper not drying after mopping it before we arrived. (This means the air conditioner already had issues before checking in and should have been fixed before giving us the room. Elevators in the building are absolutely disgusting. Last night extreme noise directly above our room and we were unable to sleep!! We even use ear plugs and play soothing sounds and yet the noise and vibrations were unbearable! It was the sound of dragging chairs and tables and lasted up until midnight. Very inappropriate. The Wifi is the worst and extremely slow. The host is kind and welcoming, but all of the above ruins the experience. I do NOT recommend.

Located in a condominium near the train station and bus station. While the bed was extremely hard and and the pillows weren't great, a private ensuite room was more than I could ask for for the price I paid.

Excellent location, close to local restaurants, the hospital, Tianmen Mountain Station, and shuttle buses. The owner was very friendly and even helped us book activities at a discounted rate and washed our clothes late at night. Great service

Nice place to stay, very close to the train and bus station. Very friendly and helpful owner too!

The hotel manager was very kind and helped us to visit the area. The room was clean. The room is not very big but there is enough space. Problem, be careful if you are sensitive to noise, as we had to put up with train horns late at night.

Very good location being near a train line, very close to food street. Good amenities.
