Hidden City Riverside Boutique

This accommodation has been a highlight of our trip to China. The host is really kind and helpful, thanks to him we got a great idea of how to approach both Zhangjiajie national forest and Tianmen, as well as helping with many other things. And the apartment is flawless: super clean, modern, well maintained and comfortable. The location is also perfect for ordering a Didi and going either to the national park or Tianmen. I couldn’t recommend it more!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hidden City Riverside Boutique! The view from our room was absolutely stunning we couldn’t get enough of it. The room itself was spotless, and the host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even offer a free pickup service from the railway station, just make sure to contact them ahead of time. The location is great only about 10 minutes by Didi to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and there are shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so finding food was easy. My partner and I fell in love with this place. Highly recommend!

As a family with two children, we had the perfect stay – truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, our kids felt completely at ease, which says so much about the welcoming atmosphere of this place. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking – overlooking the Ancient City, the Heaven’s Gate, and the river. It was like waking up in a dream every morning. Our host welcomed us with such warmth and kindness and truly made our stay even more special. Every detail was taken care of with love and care. One of the many thoughtful touches was the free airport transfer, which made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. And the apartment itself? Without a doubt, the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed place we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect – no flaws at all. Every corner showed so much attention to detail, and it was incredibly family-friendly. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories – highly recommended! We will come back one day.

You give more than great attention to fine details in the room as well as taking very special care of your guests. You're always there to help and care for us, from picking us up at the gate and walking us through everything. We really appreciate your kindness and generosity. I love my room so much; amenities and smart features in the room were perfect. (although my Chinese is no where close to making Xiaolin understand) Our room overlooks Lishui River, and I can see part of Tianmenshan from afar. The view is amazing! The apartment is located within a walking distance from the Tianmenshan cable car ticket office, for those of you who don't mind a brisk walk of a little over 1 km thru and fro. I love to walk and I prefer not to be in another area crowded with too many hotels which are too close to the attraction itself. I hope we'll get to come back and see you again.

Truly a hidden gem! Lovely room with a spectacular view. Great dining nearby. The “hidden” part is that it is a little difficult to find.
