We loved our stay at this cute hotel in Qulingyuan. The hotel owner and his family are so nice and made us feel welcome. They went out of their way to help us all the time and were lovely to speak to and practice English / Chinese. The hotel is very close to the entrance to the East Gate of the national park and the street night market opens 10m from the doorstep, which is very convenience for food and vibes. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. We highly recommend other tourists stay. Thank you - Ryan and Taylor from Australia.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was about a 5 minute walk to the national park and there are a lot of food options around the hotel. The lady at the reception gave us a clear description of the national park and what would be the best route for a 2 day visit.

Excellent place to stay! Enjoyed my room with high tech AI control for lights, music etc . The hosts were very helpful and hospitable so I felt really welcome and looked after! We went to quite a few of the restaurants that were recommended and the food was yummy and reasonably priced plus we got discounts too as guest of the hotel 😍

Small family run guest house. Everything is brand new. Great air conditioning which is essential for summer. 10 min walk from the East gate of the park. Plenty of great food options at your doorstep. The hosts were so helpful with helping plan our itinerary and booking tickets. Also they made sure we got where we needed to go with our limited Chinese. Everything was perfect!

The location was perfect and the rooms were spotless. The owners were so lovely and very patient while explaining the routes to do in the park. There suggestions were excellent. I would come back and recommend to family or friends

Clean and great service hotel. Turn right walking distance can bring u to National Park east gate. Turn left walking distance can reach bus station where u can go National Park south gate, Grand Canyon, City Centre. Nearby many restaurants. Owner very kind and helpful. Can buy cheaper tickets from the owner. Very recommended.

A very nice place to stay. Handy to restaurants and sightseeing. Friendly and helpful. Meticulously introduced us how to get to scenic spots. Carried luggage for us when check in/out. Highly recommended.

It appears to be a small, family owned hotel. The owners are very kind and even take the time to explain how to explore Zhangjiajie National Park, as well as the Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain. They make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 would recommend.
They have a partnership with a local family owned restaurant 2 min away where you can eat for a discount. The egg drop soup was delicious.

A Wonderful Stay – Truly a Hidden Gem in Wulingyuan
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, bright, and felt very new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even the little things – like the soft toilet paper (a rare luxury in China!) – made a big difference. Everything was just perfect.
But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the hosts – a brother and sister duo who are the heart and soul of this place. They were exceptionally kind and helpful with everything. They arranged our entrance tickets to the Forest Park and the Grand Canyon at a discounted price, and thanks to their tips, we discovered some hidden gems we would have otherwise missed.
The level of service here rivals that of a 5-star hotel, but with the warmth and personal touch that make you feel completely at home. There are many places to stay in Wulingyuan, but if you’re looking for a cozy, beautiful environment combined with outstanding, personalized service – this is the place to be.
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality – we will always remember it!
