Wonderful stay! New spotless small boutique place with great attention to detail! Sets itself apart by service, special thanks to Tang Yun and Wu Mingpu who went out of their way to make the stay memorable and pleasant, despite the language barrier. Location is convenient for cable car. Food was excellent, small menu guarantees food is fresh and every dish tasty. Afternoon tea could have more been more elaborate if you call it that, pictures as advertised were more extensive than what was presented. Sure repeat when in town again!

This hotel was everything I could have asked for. The staff were super friendly and catering to our needs, the location was great (very close to the cable cars by the Stairway to Heaven), and the room was super clean. The hotel’s attention to detail was also immaculate; even the way the food was served had such care and thought put into it. Oh and the best part was, there’s a cute cat.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ruke Hotel in Zhangjiajie. The room we had has a very modern design and it was extremely nice and clean. All staff members we encountered were delightful and eager to help! Thank you and keep up the good work! Will recommend Ruke Hotel to all our family and friends.

The hotel is very modern and clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff are lovely. The location is also very convenient being close to Line A Cable car station for Tianmen mountain. Overall an excellent stay, I highly recommend.

It is obvious that the owner of this hotel has put a lot of thought into making each guests' stay a comfortable, unique and personalised one. Hotel furnishing and amenities are very new and of exceptional quality. There is attention to detail in many aspects, including the choice of bed linen, toiletries, use of technology in guess rooms (e.g. voice control for control of TV, lights, curtains etc). Food served in the hotel restaurant is also very personalised, fresh and allows guests to have a good taste of local delicacies. The hotel staff are very well trained, attentive to guests' needs, always willing to help and goes out for their way to cater for a pleasant experience at the hotel. Highly recommend place to stay!
