The hotel is conveniently located, 10-15 minutes walk to the park entrance. You can get a park map at the reception. I highly recommend doing this, as otherwise it is very difficult to navigate the park. The room has everything you need. Daily cleaning. The bed is very comfortable, it was nice to sleep. The interior is very beautiful. The water in the bathroom is warm and cools down quickly. The breakfast is very modest: bao buns one day, rice noodles with beans another day. Also boiled eggs and watermelon. You may not have enough food if you come for breakfast after 9 am. So we had to have breakfast in a cafe one day. There are only Chinese restaurants around. We found European food only in Starbucks and KFC near the park entrance.

I really liked their breakfast (Chinese congee or noodles or an egg depending on the day) and their location. They are near Zhangjiajie’s east gate as well as small restaurants and eateries. Lots of feet massage places too.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the entry of national park. You can also wash your clothes there for free. Room was nice, but the bathroom is a bit outdated. Also breakfast could be better with more breakfast options. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and it is a great value for money.

The room was nice and big, overall clean. The breakfast was Chinese food only and it was served with all the guests at the same table. Just something to keep in mind.
The location was very close to the East entrance of the park. The free itinerary and map from the front desk was very helpful. We ended up getting the tickets from Trip.com because they were cheaper.

Great staff - always willing to help even not speaking English. Confortable room, nice mattress and amazing bath tub.
Shower room a bit small compared to room size, but good water flow and temperature.

The lady at the reception and the one at breakfast were very kind and helpful. Very useful laundry. Comfortable room.
