Excellent location to the East entrance of Zhangjiajie natural park (around 257m). The owners are really kind as they helped and explained us with the tickets and itinerary of the park. However, the beds are not very comfortable, it's noisy at night and the facilities are old.

Not a bad hotel. Location is perfect and the receptionist very welcoming. Room is a bit old. Air conditioning absolutely not safe as full of mold. Overall room is good.

Very good tips regarding Zhangjiajie routes. Furthermore, they speak very good English and they are extremely charming. The location is very close to the east gate and a street market with delicious local food.

The hotel is very clean and has a very convenient location! The owner is really kind and enthusiastic! He even gave us a route and planned our itinerary for us! The breakfast next door was very delicious and the lady there was also very kind! All in all I will hopefully come back one day!

Really recommend the accommodation! The host was amazing, helping us plan the trip to Zhangjiajie and Tianmen and answering all our questions. They were really helpful and we are grateful for their hospitality.
