Zhangjiajie Tianyuan Hotel (Tianmenshan Branch)

The location is perfect for both Tianmenshan and central bus station. However, as the hotel is a bid wear out it feels a bit sketchy plus the fact that I booked for low season there are barely anyone around. However, overall cleanliness and service is great. Will recommend to travelers who are fine with a bit of an older model and a teeny bit of sketchiness.

Good place. Location is great, very close to the cable car station and there are many restaurants around.

Clean and big room. The shared shower and toilet were clean. Good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, and a bus station to the east gate of the national park

Pros: Very good location for getting the Tianmen cable car. Host was very friendly and always greeted me when I returned in. Cons: Shower did not have hot water. Bed mattress was very hard and firm, even for China.

The owner was friendly to give us 20% discount for visiting some of the attractions ... The atmosphere is cool here .

The location was good ( in a chinese traditional street ) Because for me a travel it was something new. There were local fast foods and lots of open fruit carrieges. The only reason why I booked this hotel was because I arrived to Zhangjiajie at 4 am and the hotel I booked was so far away so I had to spend the night somewhere. Bed sheets had holes and rips in them, but they were somewhat cleaned. Amenities wise, there were nothing but a small roll of toilet paper. And that paper gave me rashes 😬.
