1. The hotel is sharing the same building with another 2 hotels, and some other private residents which is a bit weird. There are 5 common lifts shared between the 2.
2. 5 mins walk to Tianmenshan cable car station.
3. Surrounded with many restaurants.
4. Breakfast is not worth of the money.
5. The 3 washers and dryers are not well maintain you can easily see the yellow stains.

Good location, close to Tianmenshan cableway only 3min waklm. The room is clean and big. Breakfast is also good.

Very clean,refridgerator in room, laminat flooring alleways pvc covered thtat meens good to roll suitcase but can be noisy but was Not, breakfast as buffet with food for every Taste

location near to 天门山 entrance within walking diatance.
Hotel is surrounded by food heaven.
Hotel oso provide self service laundry, but do ur laundry early if not, you gonna wait.
check-in & Out was fast and smooth.

My stay at this hotel was overall fine, but there were some pros and cons. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The room was comfortable, though it felt a bit basic and could use some updating. It was clean.
The staff was friendly, but not as attentive as I had hoped. Check-in was quick.
Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options, but the quality could have been better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I believe there’s room for improvement in both the facilities and service.

Really great service, had a blackout from a local's power trip, called front desk, had a serviceman come within less than 2 minutes. Would recommend!

Staff were really friendly and helpful pre snd post trip. The hotel served our purposes for visiting the TianMen Mountains There are many eateries opposite the hotel and the rooms were really comfortable for our family.

Lobby hard to find at first. Its inside metropole hotel, beside Atour hotel. Theres two tour agencies beside so its very convenient to book tickets for attractions. Corridor of hotel rooms seems like its in an apartment. But inside, rooms are great.
