Excellent hotel - the staff were absolutely amazing. The famous artist who owns the culture park, 熊风, really welcomed us, shared his amazing story and taught us a lot about art. The manager, Jack, spoke great English (and Japanese) and organized all our transport to attractions, shows and arranged all our meals - even packed food for our lunches when we were out. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious.
The hotel is uniquely and beautifully designed by the artist himself - the design is incredible! Immersed in nature with some many interesting areas to explore, the hotel and culture park have plenty to see and do. The room was well decorated with very interesting designs, clean and felt like home.
We will definitely come again - the boss and staff treated us so well and did more for us than any other hotel. Thank you so much taking such good care of us and treating us as family.

酒店在山上，老闆是一個有情懷的設計師，房子的外觀都挺有特色的，晚上的燈飾很有氛圍，忘記拍照了，服務很棒，有專門的人服務，早餐安排在房間的平台上，房間也很乾凈，冰箱還有小飲品是免費的，還給我們送來一盤水果，晚上有燒烤，炒菜自己點可以送去房間

房間很安靜，有設計感，有藝術氣息，周邊環境很寬廣，很漂亮，有一個大雕塑園，游泳池、酒吧、KTV、燒烤等設施齊全，特別好玩，是個休閑娛樂的好地方。

剛結束張家界之行，暑假高峯期和我媽帶着兩個半大的孩子來到張家界旅遊，第一天住市區訂的酒店還好，第二天入住園區的酒店，都要奔潰了，我們決定換，前兩天在張家界那是過得一點意思都沒有，想輕鬆包好了車找了個專門的導遊帶我們四個，想着高峯期能玩的輕鬆點，哪知道導遊一點都不靠譜，景色也就一般，我們四個當時都後悔來名氣這麼大的張家界！
重點來了，從決定換酒店開始此行最精彩的部分就開始了，當時衹是看照片覺得不錯，看着其他人走心的評價想着試試吧，反正入住的酒店已經這樣了，沒想到這無計劃的入住確帶給了我們此行巨大的歡樂，這裏環境優美，設計也非常有思想，和一般的酒店那是完全不同，還有還有着非常有魅力的人們，這裏的工作人員的服務真的很貼心，真是想我們之所想，盡最大的能力讓我們舒心，還有個緣分的插入，晚上我和媽媽散步，正好碰上了他們自己員工的ktv聚會，在熱情的邀請下，我們也參加了，大家的熱情，讓我們從一次入住體驗直接昇華到和朋友似的，謝謝大家，我們很開心！甚至一度覺得前面真不用去景點看烏央烏央的人和景了，應該在這個可愛的民宿多待上兩天！
比較遺憾的是當天我們入住的時候已經傍晚6點多了，等雨小點出來已經天黑了，第二天一早我們又要出發，並沒有留下什麼照片！總結一下：周邊環境優美安靜，設計非常有想法，服務非常的貼心，我們四個一致都説以後來張家界一定要來這裏住兩天，待兩天，還有這裏的早餐那是相當的可以，我們四人雖然衹在這裏住了一個晚上，但是一致五星好評！
寫了不少，但感覺還有很多優點沒有説到，強烈建議大家可以去這裏感受一下，這裏可愛的人們，咱們有緣再相聚！

體驗很棒，具有張家界少數民族風情特色的民宿，房間空間不是特別大，但配套設施非常齊全，迷你吧、洗衣機俱全，我朋友入住的房間還有茶室，一起喝喝茶、聊聊天，不錯不錯哈哈，夜間的景色很美，和好友小聚了一下，管家貼心為我們準備了下午茶和燒烤啤酒，是另一種絕妙的體驗，涼風明月，甚是愜意，下次定會再來

民宿很有特色，房子造型各異，環境非常不錯，房間設施齊全，洗衣機、冰箱都有，還有免費的飲料，周邊配套設施齊全，還有泳池，小孩子玩的可開心了，從山上遊玩下來，在園區走走，很愜意，晚上還有燒烤，味道也很好，貼管小吳很是貼心，幫我們提行李、介紹園區，建議的景區行程也很合理，很美好的回憶，下次一定再來。

首先服務很好，雖然好像衹有兩個人在服務，但是小哥很有去三亞大酒店的經理的氣質。樹芯小屋太冷了，十一推薦住蘑菇屋。開車在山裡，環境很好很好玩。

民宿環境非常好，很安靜。管家服務態度相當好，很熱情。我們到的很晚，還出來幫忙拿行李，由於第二天早早要去景區，還特意提早幫忙準備早餐。民宿水質比較差，估計是長時間沒有人入住的原因。
