來這裏住過兩回 之前都是為了延遲退房寫的好評 這次來表達一下真實想法 首先 對服務人員沒得説 態度都挺不錯的 就是設施太差了 房間裏面的空調跟沒有一樣 我一年之前就反饋過 到現在還沒有改善 裏面太熱了 風速開到最大 温度調到最低一點作用都沒有 昨天還是跟前台要了個電風扇 坐那打遊戲才不出汗 睡覺都能被熱醒 其次電腦設備也不太行 玩遊戲玩到一半 突然死機重啟 總體來説 這次體驗感非常的差 以後不會再來了

一開始訂了一間雙床，兩台電腦鍵盤全是煙灰，還有頭髮，問了前台説沒人清潔，前台説可以用濕紙巾幫忙擦。我要求加錢換4人間，前台説收100以內清潔費，本人接受，最後退房按金扣了130（包含10元零食）。非常不能接受，酒店衞生問題如此惡劣，卻要求客户買單。體驗極差。

一到12點，應該是打掃的阿姨叫退房，我在房間裏迴應了，阿姨不管不顧直接自己刷卡開門喊人，我問她我續房多少錢，一問三不知，呵呵，不會再住了，沒見過直接開門侵犯私隱的

房間衞生工作做得很到位，沒有垃圾留在房間，前台服務態度很好很熱情，電腦配置也挺高的，玩起來體驗感極佳，外設手感也很好，這個價格也實惠
