Quite an old hotel. Guests are allowed to smoke in the rooms. Cigarette smell is all over the room which made our stay very uncomfortable.
Nice polite staff.

We have been here twice now and will definitely be coming back this winter. The pools are excellent and the fish pool (where they eat your feet) is surprisingly relaxing.

環境還不錯，房間蠻大的，也很乾凈，服務不錯，有求必應，扣分的地方就是空調，這個要吐槽一下，衹能出熱風，模式調製冷18度也會出熱風，問了客服説沒辦法，最後太熱了實在受不了衹能讓總枱拿了兩個電風扇，這個問題解決就完美了。

房間很滿意，很大！包含早，晚飯！性價比很高！晚上還有煙火表演！就是做燈籠的前台態度不好，因為吃飯看煙花活動，錯過了做燈籠得時間，就不讓參加，也不讓孩子自己回去做！不像説明上温泉住客可以獲得一張做燈籠機會！孩子們很失望.希望能提高顧客的入住體驗，酒店員工多⚠️注意細節，畢竟是度假型酒店，這種態度處理方式讓人有點失望.

性價比不高，酒店很老，設施也很老。去的時候再三確定是不是下午2點退房。客服説是下午2點退房。到了那天12點我們還在樓下餐廳吃中飯，就給我們打電話讓我們退房。明確告訴我12點退房。我是直接無語了，沖沖忙忙吃了飯，回去收拾行李。下午準備去温泉，温泉和酒店是分開的，需要坐擺渡車。
吐槽一下温泉吧，女更衣室一股臭味，難聞的要死，温泉也就那麼幾個池子，休息室冰冰涼涼的。大廳休息室簡直一言難盡。
不要抱太大希望，不然你會很失望。這是我去過那麼多温泉酒店最差的一家。
酒店打掃的也不是很乾凈，床單我們都沒有入住已經就臟了。複式房間一樓的廁所馬桶也沒有涮乾淨。

酒店整體環境舒適，停車方便。房間裝修屬於典型的商務型，房間挺大的衹是隔音差了點，半夜隔壁聊天的聲音就在床頭聽得很清楚。服務員的態度都很好。套餐裏的温泉因為帶了個寶寶沒有深度體驗，總體感覺池子數量還是挺多的，衹是免費的浴巾小了點，浴袍又要收費。送的香辣蟹也很不錯，如果加點年糕就更好了，因為送了香辣蟹，晚飯也在酒店吃的，服務員給我們推薦了套餐，128有6道菜真的很超值，味道也很不錯。整個旅程還是很滿意的。
