Phoenix Hotspring Resort

The room was large, clean and tidy. Breakfast has a rich variety of Chinese and Western styles. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the hot springs is very considerate. We also received a surprise souvenir at checkout - hot and fragrant egg tarts. Pleasant hot spring trip, recommended! 

The environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.

The service is very enthusiastic, the suite is very large, it's a pity that the hot spring pool is small and there are not many of them, but the overall cost performance is high, and it is a good place to relax during the Spring Festival. Can't post the video

The room is nice, and the private hot spring in the room is very convenient. Adult tickets for Golden Phoenix Hot Spring: I experienced the small fish pond, which was very fun, and there were many other things such as medicinal baths. It was not cold in winter. Dry pot spicy crab: The taste was good, and the hotel's food was great.

The price/performance ratio is not high, the hotel is very old and the facilities are also very old. When I went there, I made sure to check out at 2pm. Customer service said check out was at 2pm. At 12 o'clock that day, we were still having lunch in the restaurant downstairs, so they called us and asked us to check out. I was clearly told to check out at 12 o'clock. I was speechless. I hurriedly ate and went back to pack my luggage. In the afternoon, prepare to go to the hot spring. The hot spring and the hotel are separate and you need to take a shuttle bus. Let's complain about the hot springs. The women's changing room smells terrible. There are only a few pools in the hot springs and the rest room is freezing cold. The lobby lounge is simply beyond words. Don't get your hopes too high or you'll be disappointed. This is the worst spa hotel I've been to. The hotel was not very clean and the sheets were already dirty before we even checked in. The toilet on the first floor of the duplex room was not cleaned.

It's an older hotel, but there are many others. We held an event during New Year's Eve and overall it was pretty good.
