The hotel is stunning,elegant and peaceful. I loved the convenience of having my order delivered by a robot. A lady called Xiao Ji was extremely hospitable, she made my stay at the hotel so much easier, as she was able to communicate with me in English. I’ll definitely visit again.

The hotel is located by the lake and is quiet. We booked a courtyard view room. When we asked casually if there was a lake view room available, the front desk upgraded us for free. The room facilities are complete and not old, neat and clean. There is room service at night, which is great!
