I stayed in such a bad hotel for the first time. The service was so bad. I booked for 2 nights. I arrived at around 9 o'clock in the first night. I couldn't get in with my card. Then I heard the sound of a shower in the room. I was speechless. Then he explained that because we were late, the hotel was used as an hourly room for others. . . Silent, you can still do this, I can live with others when I come late, and I really make money. I changed the room the next day. When I changed room, I said that it was cleaned and moved in at any time. I came back around 9pm, but I didn't clean it. It was a mess. I was so angry. . What kind of service, it's too rubbish. I asked for a waiver of the room rate for the night, and the manager disagreed. In the a**osphere, I called the police directly, and the store manager was called. I thought there would be at least an apology, but the store manager was very arrogant. In front of the police, he said that if you are dissatisfied, you can stay there, and you have to pay for it. You figure it out. . . . Then he shook his head and drove away. . . There have been 12315 complaints. . . It was the first time I encountered a hotel with such a bad service attitude and such an arrogant store manager. . . I sincerely advise you to choose this hotel carefully. Note: I encountered another guest that night who was also complaining to the hotel. We were all drinking and arguing with the manager in the lobby. The scene was chaotic, which made people think we were in the same group. Embarrassed.

多次入住這個酒店了，前台服務很好有問必答很有耐心，客房服務員服務也是一流，衞生天天打掃的和如住當天一樣，洗漱用品也很好，特別是定製紅茶五星賓館也喝不到，早餐是自助的該有的都有。

朋友幫預訂的這家酒店，裝修風格很小清新，房間很乾凈整潔，前台還貼心的告知房間內眼罩茶葉包都是免費使用！非常貼心的小細節！很滿意的一次入住！

酒店環境特別好，設施非常齊全，床鋪非常乾淨整潔，是出遊居住的不二選擇，房間坐南朝北，打開窗就有明媚陽光，開啟美好的全新一天，一個舒適的環境很重要。

有擦鞋機和外借雨傘，下雨天提供了很大的方便，免費停車場也蠻大的位置多，房間也乾淨整潔喲。下次來玩兒。還選擇這家，前台小姐姐可温柔啦

酒店很乾凈，房間朝着小公園，也很安靜，早上都能睡到自然醒。前台小姐姐服務很好，我們需要張椅子，小姐姐把她們員工休息用的椅子給我們用了。我把房卡搞丟了，謝謝姐幫我申請免了卡費。

設施：很新 很好 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很好 很安靜 服務：很好 前台小姐姐態度很好，服務也很好，很有禮貌，阿姨白房間打掃的特別乾淨，離附近的商圈也不遠，停車也很方便，有很大的停車場，下次還會入住。

早餐是自助的很豐盛，品類多，味道也很好，房間乾淨衞生，服務員的服務態度也好，笑眯眯的，總的來説體驗感五星，下次需要還會再來住的。
