酒店衞生處理非常差，氣味也不好，窗户開關還是壞的並且沒有維修人員。自帶的茶水壺走的時候忘記帶了，打了兩次電話詢問都沒有結果（第一次説是值班時間，第二天回電話給我，但是沒回，第二天下午我主動打電話詢問，前台表示不知道這個事，再三解釋後説打掃的阿姨沒看到），由於我表達強烈不滿最後才找到並幫我寄回來了。
