I can encounter several problems a day and have to call it on my own mobile phone. It is recommended to check if there is anything missing in the room. It is really inconvenient. 前台沒有服務意識，從入住到離店沒有聽到一句問候，離店時甚至頭都不抬，到底是服務管理要求低還是對工作人員沒有服務要求？訂了1.8m床的房間，住的是1.5m床，房型都不一樣，哪怕沒同樣的房型了前台不應該跟客人解釋一下嗎，因為挺晚了我就沒提，前台也不説！空調製熱效果不好，開了半天都不出熱風，總之整體非常一言難盡，很差很失望！

特價房不能住，下面就是菜市場，凌晨三點五十就各種貨車作業，五點多調房，續住打掃房間沒有給放礦泉水，估計是換房時前台交代的不要給放礦泉水了。兩點二十不續住退房，前台負責的一個説話很厲害的女人讓前台收取二十塊錢超時費，結賬走人，再不來，不推薦
