房間很大，有茶台有餐桌也有辦公枱，佈局合集。走廊裏的香氛也很好聞。比較遺憾的是周圍沒什麼地方吃東西，叫外賣也都比較遠
服務態度蠻好的，本來是值得全五星的，但追着要好評很討厭！離店時已經答應過會寫，居然還打電話來催，説了在高鐵上不方便也不掛斷，一直要好評，跟騷擾電話似的，太討厭了！沖這點今後來張家港不會再入住！

酒店的服務態度特別好，入住酒店非常舒心，電視大。一鍵投屏，酒店早餐好吃可口，自助早餐品種多，水果特別好吃，還有點心，白粥也非常好喝，阿姨們都特別有禮貌，還有機器人，前台服務熱情，給我送東西，自助洗衣房，標配烘乾機，香噴噴的洗衣液，強烈推薦
