Clean, spacious and bright, check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the facilities were convenient, the environment was good, the room was clean, the first choice for check-in, the service was excellent, and the stay was very satisfactory. The dinner HH in the executive lounge has a rich variety of dishes, and the service is even better. The reception desk greeted guests politely by standing up. The service staff Shirlene was very proactive and enthusiastic to ask me what I needed to drink, and introduced the dishes to me very seriously. I accidentally spilled the water while eating, and she patiently helped me clean it up and cared if I was injured. The service was very thoughtful, and the cocktails were also very powerful. The Tequila Sunrise was superb and very good, and it was worth recommending 🤩🤩. The cakes and desserts were all very distinctive, with a dense taste and very good. Christmas 🎄 is coming soon, and the lounge is decorated with a great atmosphere and feeling. This is a happy journey, and I am very satisfied with the most sincere treatment of Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel! I wish your hotel a prosperous business!

Parking is convenient and there are enough parking spaces. Although the hotel is old, it has been renovated and is still quite good, with a good value for money. The breakfast variety is rich, very popular, and a little messy. The WIFY signal in the room is not good and is interrupted from time to time. The TV signal is not good, and you can only watch one channel-CCTV1. The waiter didn't fix it well. Overall, it is a very good hotel, recommended.

Very clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast is a buffet with amsixng food. The shower has an amazing rainfall shower head.

Zhonglian GDH Hotel - finally back after 4 years. 8 nights in room 1718 ”Deluxe Queen”, at the back. Reasonably quiet this time, probably due to the lack of traffic and fewer guests - meaning less banging doors. Very dark. Bed was actually a king size and wasn't too firm. I slept well most nights. International power points with USB ports. Adjustable and very cold aircon had no trouble in the 36C heat. Good water pressure with rain and hand showers. No bath. Some marks on the carpet and chair upholstery. Good buffet breakfast with eggs to order. Chinese bacon. Baked beans some mornings. Lots of sweet options and pastries and several types of fresh fruits such as watermelon, dragonfruit and pineapple. Automatic coffee machine coffee that was almost drinkable on a couple of mornings but mostly bad. I really enjoyed the room service shrimp fried rice on several nights and there is a new McDonald's and KFC close by. Almost no english tv channels. No smart tv. I have stayed here many times over the last decade but this time the GDH was very quiet with me being the only westerner that I saw in the hotel on most days. Not sure if the new Marriott has caused this. Lovely help from the customer service managers- even helping me order online food since I don't read Chinese and everything is now done by an app. Limited internet access in Jiangsu that blocked my Gmail, even though I could download it in Zhejiang. One day my webmail was also totally blocked but mysteriously became accessible again the next.

The hotel is next to an ecological park, and you can go directly to the ecological park with the room card. After dinner, there are many people running and exercising there, and there are also children's play facilities. The room is very good and the facilities are new. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The indoor sound insulation is also very good. There are several large shopping malls around, which is very convenient. Definitely recommend staying. I didn't have time to experience breakfast, but it seems that there is a place next to the lake where you can eat noodles, which feels very good.

The hotel is located by the Shahu Lake, with a nice view. You can see the lake view from the balcony of the room, and the sunset is beautiful. The hotel has parking on the ground and underground, and self-driving parking is convenient and free. I checked in and registered the license plate number. The first time I drove out of the hotel, it showed a charge, so I went to the front desk to register again. The basic facilities of the hotel room are good, and the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower room. But there is no USB port in the room. The hotel service is good. The front desk staff in the lobby is enthusiastic. The variety and taste of breakfast snacks need to be improved. The wontons are hard. Some meals in the restaurant are not replenished in time after they are taken out, such as green vegetables and yogurt. Some of them are reminded by the staff but not replenished in time. The color and taste of the coffee we took from the coffee machine are very light, and the coffee powder should not be replenished in time. Bottled water for self-service is placed in the elevators on each floor. There are fruit plates and souvenirs for check-in and check-out.

A good hotel for a business trip to Zhangjigang. The breakfast has a good standard. Fresh fruits, Chinese noodles, eggs to customers choice and many more is offered. A small gym let you train a bit (could be bigger!). The restaurant is opened till 10:30pm and provides some tasty snacks when the work day lasts a bit longer and the nearby restaurants in the shopping mall are already closed. The Starbucks in the mall opens at 06:30 and is just a 7 minutes walk away.

It is located on the 9th floor. The lobby area looks nice, the staff was ok. The breakfast was not bad but they did not write the names of the dishes, I do not eat everything, so for me it was critical. My room was clean but the view out of the window was horrible! Also, it took time to heat up the room with AC. Overall, the hotel is not bad, located on the pedestrian street, but close to the road, within the walking distance to the main attractions and big shopping mall.

The hotel is located in the east of Zhangjiagang City, still some distance from the county seat, but the area around the hotel is quite lively and convenient for eating and shopping. The room is relatively compact. Great breakfast.

The room was clean and tidy, and there were small decorations on the bed that matched the season, which made people feel the attentiveness of the hotel staff. There are also many restaurants open until night in the surrounding area, so you don’t have to worry about having nothing to eat if you arrive late.
