這是一家裝修較新、風格類似二星標準的賓館，距離汽車站、縣府大樓和縣醫院都很近，多條線路的公交車和城鄉班車都在此經過，交通出行非常方便。周圍遍佈美食餐飲小吃店，用餐購物也很方便。前台待客職業規範熱忱禮貌，客房寬敞明亮典雅整潔無異味，房內配置有連體桌櫃、圈椅、穿衣鏡等設施。有空調機、電視機、電燒水壺等，提供一次性洗漱用品和一次性拖鞋，一樓大廳可免費取用電熱飲水器用瓶裝水。瓶口無塑封可直接旋開，可能是賓館自行灌裝，不敢喝！不提供免費市售瓶裝水和抽紙，房門沒有防盜鎖鏈搭扣。床品潔白乾凈，枕頭軟硬適中，房間隔音良好，空調製冷給力，熱水温度適宜水量足夠大，淋浴花灑出水均勻舒適，衞生間排風扇運作正常。稍顯不足的是無電吹風機，電視機開不出，陶瓷坐便器有明顯裂痕存在安全隱患。

酒店位置比較好，吃飯購物很方便，酒店沒有自己的停車場，離酒店50m處有一個公共停車場，酒店給報銷停車費，離固原市博物館兒不遠

環境很一般，這麼冷的天沒有電熱毯，空調最高也不熱，還發出很大的噪音，衞生間水龍頭壞的，馬桶的水龍頭不靈敏！避雷
