國慶期間旅行來到河北的張家口，準確的説是自駕路過。看到這裏的環境不錯，就預訂了該酒店。老實説環境是不錯，但國慶期間天還挺冷，竟然就沒有了空調，説是馬上供暖了，這就是讓住客挨凍的理由？主要是還有長者和小孩入住，節省成本也該有個限度。工作人員的積極性不高，感覺就是隨你怎麼抱怨，反正領導交代安排的，住客感受無所謂，整體感受偏差！

房間很大，價格適中，為了看夜色那蘇圖和小火車選擇在這裏住一晚，結果下雨什麼也沒看成，很遺憾
早餐略簡單，沒什麼吃的
前台態度很好就是不細緻，房號寫錯了

設施：比較齊全，客房有個大浴缸，衹是沒找到浴缸膜所以沒有使用。順便説下早餐，早餐樣數少不説，包子大概率都是預製品，豬肉餡。如果另外加一位早餐價格38，略顯貴了點。
衞生：淋浴間有衹黑色蟲子，很像蟑螂的一種蟲，老公説是草裏的蟲子，草裏有很多這種蟲，大概率是因為酒店在草原裏的緣故，可以理解。
環境：酒店四周都是草原，負氧離子滿滿。
服務：前台服務很友好，並沒有見到其他服務人員。

走草原天路西線入住這裏很方便，酒店在度假區裏面，很大，房間也大，還幫我們升級園景房，早上醒來窗外的晨霧超級美，晚上8點後有演唱會煙火篝火打鐵花值得一看（69一人），白天還有小火車等玩的項目，不過，晚上基本就沒有工作人員，酒店大晚上進出一定要看好入口，我當時就把大堂看成一層，下去就迷路了哈哈，公區衞生間有些臟 房間裏面還是不錯的

朋友推薦的，説玩的多，適合帶孩子，硬件設施還可以，房間夠大，服務基本上沒有什麼，送被子，打電話都沒人理，前台接電話態度不好，很不耐煩，管理不是很到位，這個酒店在景區裡邊，裡邊沒有玩的，很沒意思，景區很無聊，光禿禿的，特別沒意思，一次失敗的帶娃旅行！早餐還有人搶座，第一次去，也是最後一次去了
