來張北的路上，找酒店找了快一個小時，最後選擇了這家，位置非常好，旁邊就是商圈，非常熱鬧，出行也方便，房間佈局也很舒適，主要設施非常齊全，衞生間捲紙整整家用那種兩卷，走過很多酒店，真的很少次見，感覺是非常注重用户體驗的酒店，服務也很好，入住時候前台小姐姐很熱情貼心，退房時候的另一個也很温柔，洗衣房烘乾的衣服前台小劉還幫忙送到房間，張北留下的回憶酒店點睛之筆。真的很少遇到能打滿分的酒店。

設施：設施很新，畢竟新開業，還是很不錯了
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，好像有個被子沒刷忘記了，裏面還有東西，不用也不關心了
環境：整潔乾淨，佈置得很温馨，不愧常住家庭版，貓咪適合拍照，有點家的感覺
服務：人還好吧，見面都會打招呼

首先我登記入住時告知不要頭尾房，結果上樓後還是尾房，下樓更換告訴我衹有這一間了，讓我感到員工的負面情緒很重。第二進入房間掀開被子，枕頭旁一根長頭髮，由於太晚了，就算了。第三開了一夜的空調屋裡温度仍然是17度，空調還有問題，入住體驗感太差了。

房間電話不好使，外賣機器人，也是故障機，等了很久才把餐食送來，退房時，房嫂查房時，説少了一個餐叉，400的房費，我都付得起，還差你一個餐叉，希望下次查房檢查仔細些，別冤枉客户拿東西🤔🤔🤔五顆星的差評……

前往草原天路途中，偶遇希爾頓酒店，給了一個大大的驚喜，沒想到一個縣城有如此優秀的地方，房間非常乾淨衞生，床品豪華，還有橡膠枕，乾濕分離，設定合理，服務意識非常好，總經理親自接待客人，問寒問暖，介紹路線，令人感動，早餐也不錯，吃的滿意，向大家推薦推薦，到張北縣一定要住希爾頓。

酒店位置很好，門口有停車位，前台服務很專業，非常熱情，主動升級了房型，贊！餐廳很乾凈，出品好，房間不是特別大，但是住起來非常舒服的，床墊很適宜睡眠💤，適合差旅，下次還會選擇入住！

停車位緊張不説，帶狗狗住宿交200清潔費什麼福利待遇都沒有，定了大床房➕狗狗費用小800塊錢，在河北這地方收費不低不説早餐什麼都沒有，去吃飯空空如也，我真是大無語😑

酒店應該新開業，還有甲醛味。但是服務很差，我不明白希爾頓現在咋會這樣的，新開業的服務都是很差，很亂，這是我遇到第二個這樣服務的希爾頓。我們今天正好趕上停電，結果給前台打電話打不通，幾樓吃早餐都不知道，然後走樓梯，從10樓走下去，萬萬沒想到樓梯很亂，越往下越亂，到處拉的電線，幸虧是停電，要是着火都下不去了，這樣應急都沒有做好的酒店就開業了。等去吃早餐更氣人，吃的沒有了吧，可以理解沒電做不了，主要是餐桌都沒有收拾，那麼大餐廳沒有坐的地方。這還是品牌酒店，還趕不上連鎖酒店，以上是我的體會。
