房間衞生和快捷酒店差不多，都説惠庭和歡朋一個檔次，在我看來差遠了，連一線快捷連鎖都趕不上，沒有任何性價比，服務差勁的很，感覺跟個單體店似的，反正我以後是不會住了。通過結果來説，這個店總很差勁。

首先停車酒店在路口酒店停車場不能直接到地庫 需要繞出來；然後兩部電梯衹開一部 辦完入住等電梯等十分鐘 電梯還非常慢 一樓到11樓需要一分鐘
房間贈送膠囊咖啡 沒有生產日期 膠囊咖啡機裏之前客人用過的膠囊也沒有清理 遮陽窗簾遮不住 辦理入住沒告知早餐幾樓早上還得現問 機器人送物品離門一米五 出門得帶房卡取 笑死 辦理退房的時候 一個前台在輸車號地下車庫出場 另一個服務員在那** 説不要進吧枱（開放式吧枱）明顯看到輸車號那個服務員輸錯 我不進吧枱告訴清楚 我還要怎麼搞 最次希爾頓 給張北印象拉低了 什麼管理 路過慎定

酒店位置在一個路口，會有一些吵，但關上窗户還可以。房間環境和設施都很不錯，早餐種類也算豐富。兑換了2點延遲退房服務，但12點催我們退房，溝通後才同意延遲退房。

房間不錯，給免費升了房型，而且停車服務很到位，所以服務給個5星。但酒店設施一般，wifi居然要憑手機驗證碼，偏偏蘋果手機不好弄，耽誤了半天，窗户、浴室門之類的小毛病不斷。不過總體還算可以吧，想去草原天路的話在這裏歇腳也是不錯的選擇，附近吃飯購物很方便。

1.前台態度淡漠，洗衣房有人洗球鞋，反饋給前台，前台説沒有辦法，洗衣服排隊時間長，前台也不幫忙。（四個前台，全閑着）
2.環境衞生差（p2-p4）解決方案就是將攜程訂單取消，前台付款。
3.早餐七點開餐，七點半好多餐品未上（p1）
