營地經營理念和主打概念都很新穎。細節處處彰顯用心，智能化設施是一個亮點，自然環境好，服務人性化，b格拉滿，很適合年輕人和親子游。 設施方面主要吐槽下洗澡🛁五一下雨天過來很冷，定的寄月，本想晚上沖個熱水澡驅寒。結果全是冷水，聯繫服務人員告知是過熱水，要等燒一會。結果等到晚上十一點還是5秒熱水加全冷水。因為頭髮濕了，硬燒了四壺水倒在在盥洗盆裏兑涼水把頭沖乾淨。本以為是特例，結果溝通後發現可能是裝修設計時的一個bug。同行另一家用熱水器的房間（樹鯊）也不太穩定，忽冷忽熱，小朋友本來有點受涼，沖完澡晚上開始發燒（好在服務人員態度很好，還有備葯，嚴重表揚下）希望基本設施能匹配得上翻倍的房價，最起碼保障熱水洗漱洗澡這種最基本的需求，理念風格很重要但不要捨本逐末！
