配套設施硬件軟件都不錯，酒店功能齊全強大。房間很大，乾淨衞生，浴室花灑洗澡水量也很大。房間外配有一個獨立半開放式露台，露台配有桌子，兩把椅子，不願意去餐廳，可以送餐到露台一也欣賞山景一邊悠閑的慢慢品嚐美食。酒店就在景區，安靜温馨，服務很好，前台耐心回答 合理提出遊玩建議，餐廳早餐狠認真，每人一份，包括一杯熱牛奶，蛋糕，小菜，牛肉，雞蛋，煮的很好喝的小米粥，去的時候已經開學了，景區人不多。總的來説覺得是個很好的休閑調養的地方。

一家五口人來漳縣避暑，在遮陽山住了兩天，首先環境沒得説，山腳下綠化很好，早晚很涼快。再就是不論是前台還是餐廳的服務人員都很好，微笑服務點個贊。酒店周圍雖然有一些農家樂，但是保險起見還是選擇在酒店點餐，不得不説超出了預期，99一份加餐雙人份暖鍋完全夠3-4個人吃，味道也還不錯。不過還是想説説衞生方面，我們定的套房地面和地毯有明顯的碎屑和頭髮，跟酒店反饋後很快就來了打掃人員，居然衹是帶着掃把和簸箕，這麼大個酒店沒有吸塵器倒是讓我很吃驚，雖然掃了掃但其實並沒有打掃乾淨，我也不起強求了。希望酒店領導快看過來，給保潔配個吸塵器吧，苕帚怎麼掃的乾淨地毯？？？
