超級不隔音，微信客服服務態度不好，變着法讓多花錢，在網上訂的便宜 給一個破屋 掉牆皮。微信客服還説顧客墨跡。

想必能用智行訂票的應該都是年輕人，晚上到的酒店前台沒人，打電話沒人接，沒有電梯理解，然後現在扎蘭屯的天氣沒熱到晚上九點多還開着窗吧，進屋屋裡巨冷，進被窩之後開空調發現沒有空調遙控器，我發微信找老闆，我已經脱衣服了，老闆説沒在店裡讓我自己去取，本來就很冷，床上還有個大坑，躺着很不舒服，我真崩潰了，第二天沒到中午被催着退房，住了這麼多家頭一次遇見12點之前被催着退房的，大部分都能延遲退房，就算不能延遲退房，也不至於這種態度吧，去樓下退房時候，前台女生坐在那頭都沒抬。確實有再續住的打算的，看到這環境這態度，直接收拾東西去附近酒店，態度那叫一個天差地別，也不是白住的，大晚上下火車還得在酒店收拾爛攤子。我也勸能看到我這條評論的人，別差幾十塊錢，來這看人家臉色，犯不上。而且我是本地人，附近酒店住過不少家，真是頭一次見。真是回你們酒店趕上回自己家了，啥都得親力親為。看到我評論還來住的，誰來我笑誰。

房間的硬件設施和軟件設施都和好，床墊的軟硬程度相當合適，枕頭和床單睡着都很舒服。酒店前台和客房服務人員素質都和高，服務熱情周到。

公寓離火車站、吊橋公園都近，新裝修、風格清新，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整潔、價格實惠，只是公寓沒電梯、房間位於3、4樓，帶大件行李稍有不便。
