旅館就在山旁邊，環境清幽。我們一家三口住二樓，能看到窗外的風景。房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全。老闆娘很熱心的給我們講解遊玩攻略，什麼時間去玩什麼，同心天池最好早上起霧時候去。想玩漂流，她還幫我們講價，總之服務很周到。

超級好的一次旅館入住體驗。老闆娘熱情好客，感覺就和自己家一樣，每個房間都有寬敞明亮的窗户，視野開闊，可以説窗明幾凈。旅店位置不錯，緊挨路邊，院內有停車位，交通便利。

隔音非常差，別人在房間説話都能聽見，半夜十二點才安靜，早上五六點又有人説話了，還很大聲，有別的房客大喊能不能別説話了，要睡覺，但也老闆沒管，還是一直吵吵鬧鬧的，睡得很差，房間沒有電熱毯沒有空調，晚上會冷。評價説飯菜好吃也不知道怎麼來的，反正我去問老闆説這裏沒飯吃，距離其他吃的最少要600米，路上都很荒涼，這家民宿算挺偏僻的。房間廁所是沒有窗户，排氣扇也壞了，臭臭的。入住前老闆也沒説電熱水器要自己開，我們吃完飯回來洗澡才發現熱水器沒熱水，要自己按開啟，最少等半個多小時才可以洗澡，搞的很晚才能睡。大家避雷，千萬別來別來別來

第一次住到洗手盆沒有熱水，必須從洗澡淋浴器才能接熱水的旅館，幸虧自己帶了個小面盆。整體條件都比較簡陋，與收費價格不匹配；當晚還有一個老年團也住在了這裏。
柴河月亮小鎮值得推薦的是一家食客什麼包子店，包子挺大、餡挺多，店裡本地食客挺多的。

缺點：房間洗手枱沒有熱水，民宿位置離鎮中心比較遠，購物、吃飯之類的需要開車出去。房間隔音不太好，客人在大廳説話、房間裏都能聽得很清楚。優點：老闆娘熱情爽快，床品也乾淨。
