房間寬敞明亮，佈置得十分精緻。床鋪柔軟舒適，保證了良好的睡眠質量。房間內的設施一應俱全，乾淨整潔，讓人心情愉悦。衞生間也十分乾淨，洗浴用品質量上乘，前台服務很好，扎蘭屯很冷，暖心的贈了暖手袋和小禮品，真是很好。

辦理入住時候很不開心，前台服務員一個勁的推銷。已經説明註冊過了，非説沒有註冊，後來仔細看了才明白原來是想讓我們買會員升級。第一次入住的房間，牀頭櫃邊全部受潮黴變了，換了間房，直接降級了，怕破壞了旅遊的興致，懶得再去交涉，湊活了一晚。

房間整潔乾淨，衞生間馬桶也很乾凈，床很大很舒適，枕頭是乳膠枕，服務員熱情。大廳還有微波爐和小冰箱，適合出遊的朋友使用，非常貼心。酒店在路邊第三排房子，出門就是餐館，早餐在樓下的石橋飯店很方便。早餐質量還不錯。

酒店周邊旅遊景點跟近，吊橋公園和鐵路博物館都很近，房間也很乾凈，前台服務也熱情，酒店還有洗衣房提供洗衣液，這對旅遊的很是方便，性價比很高，推薦

從滿州里來到了扎蘭屯旅行，攜程網推薦了海友酒店，入住很快很好。酒店不臨街，但在街面上如家酒店的二層樓外有標牌，海友酒店。方便了入住客人，酒店很細心的。酒店一共三層有電梯，院內有停車場，可停十幾部車。房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離的衞生間比較小，但使用方便。酒店院內還有石橋餐廳，豐儉由人，菜品豐富。早餐7點半開始，可選擇的食物很多。另有照片供參考。
