房間衞生及差，訂15平的，到那衹有10平不到。第二天退房中午2點後，店家收了85.5元費用，之後投訴3攜程旅行和315，攜程旅行退我43元。後來店家又給返了40.
但我還是要真實評價，大家出門在外不容易，我們是半夜12點到的，住的這晚特別憋曲。
二樓樓梯更陡，走着都晃。
勸大家出行想多住的先交一天房費的，好的再續交，不好的直接走。
屋內60釐米的磚橫向5個，堅向5個。一共9平。

房間乾淨衞生，通透性不錯，雖然不能洗澡，但有獨立衞生間，算比較方便，老闆娘挺熱情，這個價格比較合理，所以續住了一晚。扎蘭屯的景色也不錯，推薦去玩。

位置非常好，離車站很近，距離步行街夜市更近一點，但是一點也不會有干擾，很安靜舒適，房東也很和氣可親能聊，在這裏住了幾天，每天都覺得很愉快，下回再來扎蘭屯肯定還住她家的
