Visit on a summer Sunday around 5pm. We ordered 3 mc flurry and 1 milkshake. Of the 3 mc flurry, 1 was a little over half the pot, the other 2 were below. We are used to taking mc flurry, usually the pot is 3/4 full, or even full. It was precisely the pot of our eldest, who loves ice cream and the least full: big disappointment. So we decided to go to the kitchens to see if this was normal. A first employee to whom we explained our incomprehension about the filling of these 2 pots offered to put a little ice cream on top. Unfortunately, the manager who saw customers who came to ask for something went directly to see his employee and had the pots weighed, if we heard correctly it needed 150g of ice cream. With the pot, the topping, the m&ms and the spoon for him it was ok: move along, there is nothing to see. He didn't even come to explain it to us himself, his employee gave us back the pots telling us that she was sorry but that she couldn't do anything.... Indeed it was 30 degrees, the machine wouldn't stop.... In the meantime we paid €15 for 4 desserts. And what about the cleanliness of the tables and floors...
