The rooms are clean, but there is maintenance work outside. It is very noisy. The work starts before 8 o'clock in the morning, which is very noisy, which affects the rest. In addition, there was a male waiter wearing big earrings at breakfast who was unfriendly and might be discriminating against Chinese people!

The front desk was very welcoming and there was someone there at midnight. The breakfast was very good. The view from the balcony was nice. It was very beautiful when the weather was good.
Everything is expensive in Switzerland. Compared to the price, the room was average.
