The apartment is close to supermarket and train station. Room size is big and kitchen wares are provided. But bed is small and too soft. It cannot support the body well and there is risk of falling off.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to the city center, public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, luxury toiletries, and a guidebook with local tips.
The host was an excellent host, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. They even left a welcome basket and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We hope to return soon!

We arrive at apartment, than we found the notice at door, need go to others hotel to do the check in, was clear the information,
Why they didn’t advice before , to go directly to that place , was raining and 3 luggage walking around, the should tell this kind , before arrive , they sell something, once arrive is diferente it’s very bad.

This is an apartment. Check-in requires going to another hotel, Alpen (which took over the apartment). Ctrip did not inform us in advance!!! I had to carry my heavy luggage back and forth in the rain, and it was all soaked.
I booked a balcony room, but was given a corner on the first floor. The room was big but useless.
The front desk lady at Alpen Hotel was very unfriendly!! When checking out, you have to carry your luggage to Alpen to store it. There is a shuttle bus to the station, but it is not provided. It is said that it is only for guests of this hotel.
This stepmother's son, no service, a bad experience.

Complete basic facilities
Very spacious
However, trip.com initially indicated that there was a sauna, but did not indicate that additional charges were required, which resulted in inaccurate information. I was disappointed! ! ! !

We had an amazing week in Zermatt. Truly brilliant place. La Perle Apartments suited our needs for a self catering accommodation in a central location. I read previous reviews on the decor but can only assume it has been recently redecorated as it it smart and modern and looks new. It is slightly odd not having any reception and you have to use the Alpine Resort 5 mins away to check in but otherwise it’s a great facility. Only negative was we had no maid/cleaner service during our 7 night stay. Unsure if there should have been but there wasn’t so no bins emptied, no towel changes etc It didn’t ruin a great holiday though. Well priced accommodation in a great location.

The apartments are exactly as described. You have to go to the Alpen hotel to check in which I would not have known only I read the reviews. It isn’t a long walk but would be nice to be dropped up by the shuttle bus or the offer of our luggage to be dropped up as our room wasn’t ready. The bed is so soft it’s ridiculous 😆 we kept falling into the middle. It was fine for a one night stay very basic.
