房間景觀非常美，可以看到馬特洪峯，坐在餐廳裏也可以看到，非常好的景觀酒店，餐食一般。我們特別幸運，看到了不同時段的馬特洪峯。泡着温泉看馬特洪峯，別有一番意境，酒店處在海拔27700多米左右的高山，有高原反應的慎選。見意坐上車火車到站後，可提前聯繫酒店幫忙拿行李，因為有一段山坡，行李多的話，自己不方便拿，特別有很多雪的時候。

房間還行，就是酒店裡麪沒有健身房活動設備太少，晚上沒有什麼地方可以去，火車7點多就停了！

瑞士之行住過最棒的酒店，從zermtt坐火車到riffleberg站下車之後提前通知酒店前台會有人幫你拿行李，預訂包括了兩頓餐時，東西吃的不錯。主要是這個景色實在是太值得了，再加上還有温泉以及桑拿，非常舒服愜意，推薦作為來zermatt首選。而且在這個酒店之後大家不需要再坐車去山頂站，因為山頂站的景色還不如酒店的景色，親測。

房間很是古樸，原木裝修，很温暖。早餐花樣不多，品質很好。
問題是，酒店建設在海拔將近2600米的雪山上，完全靠高山齒軌鐵路出入，列車晚上六七點後停運，到第二天七點四十六才有頭班車。酒店前台晚上八點之後關閉。高山反應很明顯，如果遇到緊急情況，根本無法應對。
所以，如果歲數較大，請不要選擇入住，攜程沒有盡到提醒的責任，嚴重差評！
