Amazing experience from start to end!! Offered a glass of … on arrival and it was a fairly tale from there. Friendly and helpful staff, great food and local brew, swimming pool gives extra charm after mountain treks. Spacious rooms and amazing decor. Stayed there first time and fell in love, absolute gem!

Lovely, stylish hotel with many amenities. Worth booking a room with a Matterhorn view. A little far from the main village though easily walkable in the summer. Directly next to the glacier paradise station and one of the gondolas. Be sure to use the hotel’s shuttle service from the train station. Would definitely recommend the splurge to stay here for several nights.

Our family of four (children aged 5 and 7), enjoyed 8 days at the Matterhorn Focus this July and can't recommend it enough. We stayed in the Focus Suite which was truly enormous and luxurious in every way. I imagine having the wood burning fireplace going in the winter would be wonderful. As we visited in the summer, we spent most of our evenings on the huge balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. Excellent customer service and room cleaning; very new hotel with modern amenities. Breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Our children had an amazing time in the indoor/outdoor pool and my wife and I enjoyed the numerous spa services. Although at the far end of town, it means you can enjoy its quiet, peaceful location. Highly recommend when staying in Zermatt.
